I am very pleased to announce that after four years in the computerized longarm quilting pattern design business, One Song Needle Arts is now expanding to include downloadable and resizable image files for non-computerized quilting, embroidery, sewing, as well as various other arts and crafts projects - cake decorating, wood working, painting, stenciling, scrapbooking - anything you can think of for design uses.  One Song Needle Arts will soon be two separate divisions - digital computerized patterns and non-computerized image file patterns.  The One Song web site will be carrying the image file patterns and Digi-Tech Designs (Jessica Schick: email: jessica@jschick.com - web site: www.digitechpatterns.com) will be carrying all digital files of One Song patterns for computerized quilting and embroidery.  One Song patterns are not yet available at Digi-Tech but will be within the next few weeks. 

Notice to all NON-computerized pattern users:  The current collection of One Song pattern designs is being prepared in PDF image sets and will be posted throughout the next several months.  To receive notices of pattern presentations and special promotions, please create an account which will put you on the One Song mailing list.  Please note - All patterns currently available for computerized quilting will state DXF in the dropdown box of each pattern listing - do not order these patterns if you are looking for the image files.  The new categories for image files will be differentiated during this transition stage, once the image file patterns are available.  If you have any questions, please send an email before placing your order.  Orders of downloadable patterns cannot be refunded or replaced, so it is important to order the correct format.  

Notice to all computerized longarm quilting machine users (Statler, IntelliQuiter, HQ-Pro-Stitcher, CompuQuilter, and QBot):   During this transition period, all digital files of One Song patterns are on a "close-out" sale throughout July.  Sale prices are up to 95% off, as a thank you for your many years of support!!  The sale ends on July 31, 2010, at which time all digital files will be retired from the One Song web site. There is one yearly collection currently available at a special price, which is the 2008 Collection - please see this category and posting for more information.  Please be sure to download your orders within 33 days.  Also please check your current pattern inventory before placing orders, as duplicate pattern orders will not be refunded or exchanged.  Due to the increased activity during this sale period, no phone or email orders will be accepted. 

Additional note for CompuQuilter, HQ-ProStitcher, and QBot users:  Please note in the comments section of your order form which system you are using, and the QLI files will be emailed to you (allowing up to 7 days during this sale period).  Be sure to download all DXF pattern files from your orders and store them for possible future use, as past orders will not be available for downloading past the 33-day allowance and they will not be emailed. 

1.  All orders must be downloaded within the allowable 33 days.  If you have difficulty with the downloading process, please contact me before exhausting the 5 attempts.  Downloading instructions are below. 

2.  All orders must be processed through the web site - no phone or email orders please.

3.  All sales are final.  Please check your current pattern inventory before placing orders, as duplicate orders will not be refunded or exchanged. 

4.  Credit cannot be given on prior purchases of single patterns if you purchase the set at this time.

5.  File types offered through One Song Needle Arts are limited to DXF and QLI.  All downloads include the DXF files, and the 2009 and 2010 patterns also include QLI, IQP and WMF files. 

6.  Your accounts will remain accessible, even after July 31, 2010.

Zipped files need to be unzipped/decompressed before they can be installed in your quilting system.
1.  Left mouse click on the pattern link in the email. You will go through each step below separately for each pattern link.
2.  A box will come up (Download Attachment).  Click on the "Download Attachment" button.
3.  Another box will come up that says "Open With" - click "Okay."
4.  The next box should be "Download."  If another box comes up that says "unknown file type" click cancel and close this box.  You do not need to specify anything specific here. 
5.  Then, double left mouse click on the pattern file name in the prompt box that is remaining on your screen.
6.  The pattern files will be shown.  Click on "Extract all files."  This will take you through the Extraction Wizard process.  Click "Next."
7.  You will be asked where you want to save your files.  I recommend saving them somewhere in your main computer in case your quilting system computer ever crashes.  Select the location where you want to save the files by clicking on "Browse."  To save them on your flash drive (stick), this would be where you would select that location as well.   Once the pattern files are stored in your home computer, unzipped, you can transfer them to your flash drive but be sure they are not in any file folders.

Single patterns that are not in zipped folders:  Always use left mouse click.  The steps are basically the same; however, you will not need to unzip/decompress the files.
Technical assistance, support and guarantees:  One Song fully supports Statler and IntelliQuilter only.
